Educational Qualification:-

 Applicants must hold an MBBS degree and be registered under the Assam Medical Council, 1960.

Age Criteria:

* Applicants must be between 21 to 38 years of age as of 01.01.2025.

* Upper age relaxation applies as follows:

* SC/ST candidates: 5-year relaxation (up to 43 years).

* OBC/MOBC candidates: 3-year relaxation (up to 41 years).

* Ex-Servicemen: Maximum age limit of 50 years for the Unreserved category, with additional relaxation of:

* 3 years for OBC/MOBC candidates

* 5 years for SC/ST candidates

* Persons with Benchmark Disability (PwBD): 10-year relaxation for all categories.

Application Fees:-

Under the Digital India initiative by the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY), Government of India, APSC has launched its Online Recruitment Portal with the assistance of CSC-SPV, a MeitY-approved organization. A processing fee of Rs. 47.20 will be charged from each candidate.

Application fees are as per Govt. Notification No. IEG.3212016/B-A dated 28th October 2016, communicated via letter No.ABP.60/2014/11 dated 2nd February 2018, and Gazette Notification No. LGL.41/2024/43 dated 25th October 2024.

Fee Structure:-

* General Total Application Fee  :- 297.20

*  OBC/MOBC/ Total Application Fee  :- 197.20

*  SC/ST/BPL/PWBD / Total Fee          :- 47.20

How to Apply:-

  • Online Only:- Applications must be submitted via APSC’s official website. No offline applications will be accepted.
  • Registration:- First-time applicants must register at https://apscrecruitment.in and complete the One-Time Registration (OTR) process.

Application Process:-

  1. Account Creation & Login:
    • Create an account and log in using your credentials.
    • Register with a valid email address to receive updates on interviews and document submissions.
  2. Fill Out OTR Details:
    • Provide Personal Information, Educational Qualifications, Work Experience
    • Upload Recent Photograph (50–200 KB, not older than 3 months) and Signature (50–200 KB)
    • Submit required documents in PDF format (file size ≤ 2 MB, scanned at 200 dpi grayscale for clarity).
  3. Application Submission:
    • Read the eligibility criteria carefully before applying.
    • Ensure all details are accurate as editing post-submission is not allowed.
    • Preview the application before final submission.
  4. Fee Payment:
    • Pay the application fee and processing fee online.
    • Fees once paid are non-refundable.
    • If payment fails, click ‘Validate Payment’ to verify with the bank.
    • In case of double debit, the bank will refund within 5-7 working days.
  5. Final Confirmation:
  • After successful submission, an auto-generated email confirmation will be sent.
  • Print and keep a copy of the final submitted application for future reference.
